The property is beautiful and the staff really did a great job with numerous conferences/meetings going on all at once.

This was a very nice hotel, very clean, with a great view of the city. I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant was excellent.

I liked the great location and nice rooms. I also appreciated the very comfortable bed.

It's a lovely hotel in a great location. I would definitely stay there again. However, the hotel does need to vacuum under the beds.

The hotel was very nice and in a nice location. It may have been difficult to get into and expensive had I had a vehicle. However, we did not use a car while in the area. The hotel is much more focused toward the business traveler. As I was visiting not on business, I found the pool very small, not many choices in the restaurants, and no courtesy shuttles of any kind to assist in moving about the city. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the service was great.

This hotel is a great place to stay. I would definitely go back.

This is a very nice property, very large. The rooms seem a bit small, but are nicely furnished with pretty, new bathroom fixtures. The bellman and parking attendants were very friendly and helpful.

I liked it, except for the refrigerator in the room that would bill you even if you just looked at something in it. That was dumb. Otherwise, the room and everything were exceptional.

It was a standard business trip with the accommodations I expected.

I was in the presidential suite and was surprised to discover there was no microwave in the room. The cleaning crew was not effective in the living room area.

It is always a great hotel to stay. Hyatt is my favorite hotel chain.

The location was great with a great view of Dallas. The bed was fantastic! It was so comfortable I didn't want to get up -- six pillows on the bed!

My stay exceeded my standards. They made me feel welcomed and everyone always gave me a smile even though it was late at night when I checked in.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was stranded in Dallas for the night and they provided me with deodorant, toothpaste, etc. This made we feel at ease and more comfortable to start the next day.

The location is difficult to drive to or orient oneself to. Thankfully, I had GPS. The problem we had was that it was infested with crickets. We killed six in one night. Management gave us another room but didn't offer to physically move us. I was involved in a meeting and my wife had to do it.

Everything was fine. I advise others to ride the train to the West End and have supper.

It was UT-OU weekend, so it was noisy as expected. There was slow service for a taxi (I got ignored), and I was disappointed that the beverage services to rooms were not operational due to the football crowd. Otherwise, it was really nice.

It's a great property. I loved the pillows.
