It was a very comfortable experience.

This hotel is in a great downtown location and is neat and clean. The valet parking was a disaster and pricey. Guest services were rude, demanding and completely unhelpful. The rooms are outdated and have a musty smell. This hotel would be a solid three or three and half star hotel but falls completely short of its four star rating.

I love this area of Dallas with all the restaurants and night life fun. The service at the Hyatt hotel was exceptional. We always enjoy our stays there.

This hotel made me feel inspired: It made me feel special and it inspired me to have fun while in Dallas.

This is a landmark hotel with awesome history displayed throughout. The tower attached to the hotel is a terrific experience. It is a ten minute walk or train ride to the West End entertainment district, so beware if it is raining!

The hotel personnel was very informative. Although, the valet service lost our rental vehicle. They gave our vehicle to other guests who were staying at the hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel. It was beautiful and nice to stay in. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room service was great as well. I have absolutely no complaints about it.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was welcoming and the rooms were inviting.

They were slow to answer the phone. The room was located next to the train tracks. The freight trains ran at all hours of the night and consistently honked horns. I would not recommend this hotel to nobody.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well situated for tourism. I was impressed with the staff and the rooms. It was not overpriced. I will stay there again.

This hotel made me feel important: When I stayed at the Hyatt hotel I was treated as if I was a dignitary from another country. I was happy with the service.

I had some difficulty getting to the hotel due to the street location. I had to hire a cab to show me how to get to the location. Once there the service was wonderful.

This hotel made me feel secure: Room was located on an upper floor near the elevator. The room doors had strong locks and peep holes.

I found them most helpful in coordinating the convention events with my stay in the hotel.

The hotel was very nice. It was in an odd location I thought but, other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The service staff was incredibly helpful and they made my stay at this hotel very enjoyable. The location to so many attractions in the downtown area was fantastic. Definitely go to the Arts District nearby for dining variety.

This hotel made me feel excited: The atmosphere was electric due to the AnimeFest that we were attending. The hotel let it all play out naturally and this made the experience exciting. This is a great venue for this convention.

I had never been to a Hyatt Regency before. We went with a church group to an event held there called North Texas Leadership for Christ. The hotel and rooms were wonderful. I was so impressed with the grandness of it all and of the comfort of the bed, bedding, and pillows. Also the towels, washcloths and everything in the bathroom was excellent. I only experienced one problem and that was that there was a pair of underwear that the maids missed hiding behind one of the chairs near the window. That was the only negative part of the whole time we stayed there.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful.

This hotel made me feel respected: When speaking with any of the staff they were attentive and expressed what I would say was a genuine desire to make sure I was satisfied with the service they provided.

The location was excellent, close to many things. The conference rooms were spacious and well laid out.

The bathroom update is excellent, the furnishings are modern and comfortable, but the closet structure looks like in a cheap motel.

The hotel itself was easy to find though the no valet parking was not, but it was also accessible by shuttle. When I had tried to change my reservation, the changes did not get processed so I ended up keeping my original reservation to avoid a fee.

The customer service was horrible the whole trip, from them giving us the wrong room (smoking) and then having to switch us, from them leaving dirty linens and towels along the hallways.

The hotel is new, and that is the reason it is still so nice. The clientele is not what you would expect from a Hyatt, and that may be why the service was so bad. The hotel also placed us in between rooms of teenage "anime" kids from the anime conference, which was horrible because they were screaming until 3 am, and when we asked for our room to be switched we were told the "anime" kids were scattered all over the hotel, great planning.

Then, in the morning they asked how our stay was and we told them the truth that it had been unpleasant, they made no effort to amend any of the experience. It really left us with distaste for any Hyatt in the future. There are many other nice hotels in downtown Dallas to stay instead.

I was very pleased with the hotel overall. The fitness room was incredible. It had been upgraded since my last stay there. That was my fifth visit there.

They have excellent restaurants. They provide great amenities as needed. They cater to the convention participants.
