Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel

From the time I made reservations, to the time we left, every detail was covered. Our porter was absolutely amazing. He was attentive and responsive. Check-in was a snap. Dinner reservations were at Antares at 7:30 pm. We were there at 7:30 and seated by 7:45. Our waitperson was the epitome of perfection....he never rushed us, just allowed us to have a nice, relaxing 3 hour dinner.....and the view was spectacular. After dinner, around 11:15 pm, we asked the front desk to summon a handsome cab for us. The carriage arrived 15 minutes later and the ride around downtown Dallas was beautiful. By the time we got back, per my request, the porter had arranged for champagne and chocolates to be waiting for us in our room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and, upon check-out, they got us out of there in 10 minutes, despite a lot of Conventioneers. Everyone we were in contact with was personable and responded quickly and flawlessly. Thanks to all.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt because the staff was so friendly. My room was clean and comfortable and, although the hotel was a little hard to get to, that's normal with most city properties. I would stay again.

We stayed for two nights with other wedding guests. It was clean and pleasant.

The Hyatt hotel met all of my expectations. The food was exceptionally good.

This hotel made me feel practical: I felt like the hotel staff was very happy that I stayed with them. They invited me back.

The hotel was too crowded with multiple conventions. The restaurant situation was limited. One restaurant was closed. The location was good. The exterior of the hotel was impressive, the interior was less so.
