This hotel made me feel extravagent: It's nice to stay in a hotel with room service.

The hotel was well run and had an excellent staff. There were no problems, and check-in/check-out was very quick.

The room was not cleaned properly. It was noticed after we had checked in and settled in and had to go take care of business. When it was reported during check-out, I expected something more than 'I will talk to the cleanup.'

Check-out was aggravating. They didn't close or pay the account before the bill was placed under our door in the morning, thus requiring all of us to go to front desk to check out. It was a needless delay.
