Hyatt Regency DFW Dallas Airport Hotel - Page 2

I have stayed there before. The room was clean and very comfy pillow top bed. I had to order room service as the restaurant we wanted to eat in was closed. Room service was on time as quoted food was good and steaks cooked to order, although room was missing hair dryer staff was very efficent to bring one, and also extra coffee.

This is an excellent hotel. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is mediocre and nothing impressive.

All of their prices in the bar and restaurant, and the price of the room, were way overcharged. They are very expensive.

The hotel and the location were what we needed. The restaurant was fine for dinner, but absolutely no good for breakfast, with unbelievably slow service and poor attitude from the staff. They seemed to have an entirely different staff for dinner.

The wonderful hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The meeting facilities were excellent. The restaurant was a little expensive, but it was well worth the money.

When we went to get something to eat the guy who was seating people watched us come in and sit down at a table and then told us after we had already walked by him that that they were closed. I just wished that he would have told us that before we sat down. I thought it was very rude.

The location and the service were perfect for the travelers stranded by missed connection at DFW.

The hotel location was ideal but very difficult to drive to, it's not clearly marked. The hotel was expensive, as expected, and there were no other options for dining.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The extra amenities offered made the difference. Higher quality bedding also contributed.

It was an enjoyable stay and the hotel was located right on the airport campus. The distance of the hotel from Dallas, the city we were visiting, was burdensome in traveling in between the hotel and the city.

The hotel was very nice. The people who worked there were also very helpful with directions and other questions. I think anyone would enjoy staying at this location very much.

I had a great stay. I would recommend it.

There was too much construction going on at the same time.

I had an excellent experience. They even handled an early arrival.

This hotel made me feel important: They were available to answer questions. They learned my name in the coffee shop. They could not answer a question about local travel, but they appeared the next day with a good answer without me asking again.

I liked the convenience to the airport, the quick pick-up service to and from the hotel to the airline.

The shuttle service was fast and easy.

During my stay there were only four elevators to serve the entire hotel of which two were regularly in service and two were generally out of service. Besides from this there were no stairs other than emergency stairs that were not to be used according to the hotel personnel.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The beds and the linens were crisp, clean and comfortable. I liked the curved shower rod so that the curtain did not blow up against you body while using it.

The hotel was very convenient to the airport, as I had an overnight layover. They had very comfortable accommodations.

They do a great job. I have used them many times.

I think the hotel is a poor value. Although the meeting facilities have been renovated, the rooms need to be updated. The rooms smell like smoking rooms even though the entire hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. Room preferences are seldom, if ever, honored.
