Excellent
Hyatt does a great job at this hotel. Parking is kind of a PITA, so much so that I returned the rental car and rode the shuttle back to avoid paying $14.00 in parking. Rooms are really nice, clean and modern. My only gripe (this goes for most...
53 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My husband and I started our week vacation celebrating our 35th anniversary here for 2 nights before we had to move on. The hotel bell man greated us so warmly and brought our bags immediately. The King rooms was very impressive. We loved the color scheme the view and comfort. In fact we are trying to find out how to purchase the clothe and leather chair that is part of the newly renovated rooms. Each morning we ate breakfast at the hotels fine dining resturant were we were blessed to have the best waiter in Texas "Allen". He was on top of it and remembered our names. The breakfast buffet was Excellent and the omletts can't be beat. Not mentioning the fresh baked pastries made daily. The Chef actually came to our table and greeted us. This is true Hospitality. The parking is free! access in and out, shopping and ever thing you need is minutes away. I never thought it would be that simple to manever. We will be back again that is a promise.

Okay
First time in TX to visit daughter in-law's family. I think this hotel is perfect for businessmen/women, or events, it was very busy when we went. The lobby was always overcrowded. The food/dining is a bit pricey and we didnt think the room service...
50 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This Hotel is located at DFW airport. But don't let that deter you from staying there. The rooms are soundproofed and I could only slightly hear anything outside. I have stayed in Hotels with MUCH more noise that were not this close to an airport as busy as DFW.
The Lobby, Check in, and Hotel staff were all Fantastic. Check in was quick and easy, with electronic check in as an option. I went to the Desk and it was quick and simple.
The Hotel is beautiful as well.
On up to my room, which was HUGE! ! ! I had a King Bed room, and there was plenty of room all around. Easy chair with Ottoman, Rolling Desk and Desk Chair, Soft comfortable bed, iPod Dock, and Large Flat Panel TV complete with Digital Channels all made the room great. The bathroom area was well appointed, pleasing to the eye, and well laid out.
Room service was about 50% QUICKER than they said they would be, and the food was Great!
Free self parking, and Toll validation going in and out of the airport made this a great choice. Being at DFW made it close to everything in Dallas / Fort Worth.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel for anyone staying in Dallas. A wonderful place where EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER works to take care of you.
