This hotel is very convenient to meetings. The room was very comfortable.

I especially appreciated the staff's efforts to make our departure easy. They were outstanding and friendly.

This hotel made me feel important: They took great pains to make life easy as my friend and I did some sightseeing after our checkout and before our departure.

Only one bartender was provided for a group of 200 conventioneers at the banquet. It was far from adequate. The room carpets were filthy. The place looked shabby.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was pleasant, especially the front desk. The managers refused to add a bartender when asked.

The conference facilities were less than I expected.

I love this Hyatt. I would not stay anywhere else when I visit DC.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and answered all questions. Service was immediate for extra room items. The computer-generated help desk answered questions quickly and courteously.

The Hyatt Regency is a good hotel.

The beds were made poorly: lumpy mattress pad, untucked sheets. Clean glasses and coffee cups were not provided. Replacement of coffee, soap and shampoo were not done unless we called the front desk to request these items.
