The location was very good and the access to metro lines was made via shuttle service.

I liked that the Metro was within walking distance and that there was a shopping mall right around the corner from the hotel. I also liked the complimentary bath products.

I did not like how I felt I had to tip everyone that I came in contact with.

The redecorated rooms are pleasant but the room lighting is poor so it is hard to read comfortably. They no longer have coffee machines in the room. That will be enough to make me go elsewhere.

It's a good location. The breakfast options were good. The rooms are somewhat small, yet cozy.

I made the reservations for my business trip on the assumption that I have never stayed at a bad Hyatt. I have now! When you drive up, you are greeted by a myriad of foreign and intriguing employees. It is wonderful until they tell you that your room is on the wrong floor. When I finally got to my room, I was in shock. Behind the beautiful walls are rooms in shabby condition. Everything was a turn off, the thin pillows, the pencil thin $20 motel quality bedspread, and the dirty carpet. To top off my bad room experience, I was awakened in the early morning hours to construction. My advice: Stay somewhere else and get a good night of sleep.

My room directly faced a high rise construction site where I could not open the curtains because I would have been face to face with construction workers. As a single woman I was not pleased with this or with the construction noise.

The hotel was not kept clean. The location was inconvenient to other restaurants. The concierge desk did not have menus of restaurants that delivered food.

The hotel was exceptionally beautiful. The views from the clear front elevator were especially commanding and breath-taking. I would definitely encourage other groups to stay here because the hotel was very eager to accommodate our group's needs and wants. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Its closeness to National Airport was good. There was a good shuttle service to Metro and airport.

There is a free shuttle provided by the hotel and it runs once every 15 to 30 minutes. This wasn't really bad if you made your plans with your schedule. It looks very beautiful from outside, classy and elegant. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, just perfect after long days out. Wished they had free breakfasts for guests. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is above average I would say. As for wireless internet, it's available at the lobby, but it's from the hotel next door! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's considering it.

The restaurant meal and service were excellent.

This hotel made me feel pampered: All employees were eager to serve. They do not wait to be asked for help but rather offer services verbally to guests who may not know what services are available.

My room was paid through a direct bill through my company, but they attached a large charge to my debit card which put me in a financial problem during my stay. I tried to explain the direct bill but they did not seem concerned. Also, for the price of the room I expected at the very least a small refrigerator. The front desk and the business and account staff was less than friendly.

The lobby is very nice. The hotel is convenient to the airport and metro. But the conference facilities were not as nice as expected.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff and service are wonderful and it is in great proximity to the metro/ airport, and the shuttle that runs is also fantastic. There is a great little deli across the street as well.

I was there for a wedding and everything was just perfect.
