For the price, i hated everything!!!
They want to charge for everything after spending sooooo much for this weekend at their hotel i expected more from them
They charge 15.00 a day for parking each car i had two on this trip an extra 60 bucks for parking is crazy to me.
4 dollars for a bottled water! omg
To have internet in your room is 9.99 a 24 hr period
only free wyfi is in the loby area, who want to conduct biz there? The pool was cold, heated? not by much. The hot tub wasn't any better, my pee is hotter than the that. The health center is messy and a poor selection of equipment,
For the price compared to what i got i would shop around
there are better options out there.
I am not likely
to return to the Hyatt Regency Crown Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The Christmas decorations were nice.The toilet paper was awful. Especially for a 4+ star hotel. It did not meet my expectations of a 4+ star hotel whatsoever! We were not offered room cleaning on a daily basis, the gift shop was often not open when...

Peppercorn Duck Club was the best we have ever eaten. We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel. Very good staff. We were treated like royalty at the Peppercorn Duck Club.

Very nice lobby, nice clean rooms, friendly staff.Hard to get to the fitness room - not in the room guide and not easy to find. Very nice hotel, connected to Crown Center Shops and restaurant. Close to downtown.
