We asked for a quiet room and we could hear the elevator. We paid extra for club level access but they moved us off that level and we were not treated the same after the move. The food at the club was often out of stock. These issues were not addressed for most of our stay meaning the attendants were not checking. The concierge was generally unavailable. I also do not like having to pay for internet service. I doubt I will ever stay at that hotel again.

I liked the clean room, the comfortable bed and the friendly staff. I highly recommend it for other tourists.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was greeted by the staff in a friendly manner. There was valet parking offered.

I was surprised that I had to ask for a coffee pot in my room.

The people were so friendly and helpful -- they always had a smile on their faces. The room upgrade had a great view of the city. But the bed wasn't as comfortable as everyone has told me. I'd return when I'm back in town.

Overall, the hotel was fine. They allowed early check-in. Meals were fine and the room was comfortable. There was no charge for 800 numbers. The staff was fine.

I love the extra pillows you get. The rooms are always very comfortable. But I would like more channel selections on the television.

It's a very clean hotel, they did a great job on the renovation. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The lounge atmosphere of the reception/entrance area invited patrons to come and stay awhile. The lights near the bed and the extra pillows on each bed (four instead of two) were greatly appreciated.

The hotel was readily accessible from the airport via a shuttle bus. A rental car was not really a necessity as there was a bus stop nearby, which took you around the city. The rooms were very comfortable and the service was excellent.
