the elevators were awfully slow. it wasn't unusual for us to have to wait 15 minutes or more before one stopped at our floor. then you prayed it had room for you to get in. once a bellboy came on with a cart full of luggage, someone asked why he wasn't using the service elevator and he said cuz it's being used by the house keepers and this is actually faster.
the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean but the bathrooms were way too small and for the four of us we only received 2 wash clothes to go with our 4 bath towels BOTH nights. there isn't any continental breakfasts which was sadly missed, nor a fridge or microwave. i know this isn't a norm with most hotels but with the price you pay per night, it would be a nice addition.
one last thing, why why why must guests pay for parking in the hotels parking garage??? shouldn't this be included in the room? crazy....

The bed was very comfortable. I had to walk quite away to get to the food mall but it did have a nice variety. I was the most disappointed with the pool. It was very small and somewhat dark down there. I would have liked to have a whirlpool.

Overall my stay was good and the lost and found department did return the pants I left in the room. The beds were not as comfortable as I thought they should be for a Hyatt Regency hotel and the walls were rather thin. I could hear everything from the next room.

The cleaning staff was very friendly. I like a lot of extra towels and I didn't have the usual difficulty that I encounter when asking for extra towels. The pillows were very comfortable. The only issue was that there was no free internet service or computers. I have had these in other, cheaper hotels.
The hosts were nice. I had forgotten my toothbrush and they gave me replacements with a smile, rather than an annoyed face.

I am handicapped and the room previously assigned to me was not available when I arrived. I have previously had difficulty with making special arrangements to accommodate my needs. I keep trying.

I liked the hotel, but with the number of occupants attending training, the elevators were terribly slow. And in the morning, only one person was tending to the coffee bar, and it took in excess of twenty minutes to get coffee. Otherwise, it is a great facility.
