I stayed in the presidential suite this time, and my only complaint was that I wish I got treated with the same respect and 'jump-to' attitude when I stayed in their normal rooms. Other than that the service was wonderful.

Right in the middle of downtwon an interesting building and very nice rooms. Check the local rates thought the capital square or renaissance location may be cheaper and just as nice.

It would have been nice to have in-room internet access provided. The service was offered but at an exorbitant price. The surrounding hotels provided this service for free to their lodgers. I might stay at the crown royal next year for free internet
The staff was very helpful, check-in was a breeze, room ready when I arrived.
