The hotel was fine. But the conference lunches were not very tasty and the pasta dish was horrible.

The staff was very friendly. I attended a banquet and the servers were excellent. I was surprised the servers used my name from my name tag.

They did not have my reservation at the desk but they did have two rooms left, so I did get a room at the quoted price. It was nearly impossible to get from the parking ramp to the hotel. Signs were few or nonexistent. The coffee pot did not work. A maintenance worker brought up another one, which also did not work. We discovered it was not the pot but the electrical outlet that was faulty. The pool was very small.

We always stay at the Hyatt in Columbus when in Columbus because of the friendly staff and wonderful restaurant. The rooms are comfortable.

This was a nice hotel with a friendly upscale environment. The staff was friendly (particularly in the bar) and accommodating. It would have been nice, however, to have access to food after midnight (restaurant, bar and room service stops at midnight).
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bedding was especially comfortable.

When complaining about problems at check out, I said that I would probably be choosing any other hotel besides the Hyatt to stay. The front desk clerk said, "I'm sure there are plenty of hotels who can take your business." We talked to the property general manager about this employee before we left. He will be supposedly sending us a voucher for a future stay. Depending on how this issue resolves itself, we may or may not use that voucher.

It would have been nice to have in-room internet access provided. The service was offered but at an exorbitant price. The surrounding hotels provided this service for free to their lodgers. I might stay at the crown royal next year for free internet.
