As always, my stay at the Hyatt Regency Columbus hotel was a very good stay. Everything went smoothly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The registration was friendly and efficient. I expected nothing less.

I stayed in the hotel overnight, and I enjoyed it very much. I love this hotel. I was taking a contest, all places I had to go was in the hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable. I love the fact that the hotel is large, that there is a dance area, a fitness center, an indoor pool, everything is perfect. I don't have anything bad to say. I love this hotel.

I am handicapped and the room previously assigned to me was not available when I arrived. I have previously had difficulty with making special arrangements to accommodate my needs. I keep trying.

I liked the hotel, but with the number of occupants attending training, the elevators were terribly slow. And in the morning, only one person was tending to the coffee bar, and it took in excess of twenty minutes to get coffee. Otherwise, it is a great facility.

The cleaning staff was very friendly. I like a lot of extra towels and I didn't have the usual difficulty that I encounter when asking for extra towels. The pillows were very comfortable. The only issue was that there was no free internet service or computers. I have had these in other, cheaper hotels.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The hosts were nice. I had forgotten my toothbrush and they gave me replacements with a smile, rather than an annoyed face.

I loved the fact that the hotel was attached to the Columbus Convention Center. It made attending the conference that I was in town for a breeze. Parking was also easier and cheaper than I expect in an urban area, despite the fact that I did not use the hotel's valet service. The room was extremely comfortable, though an ice machine could have been closer, and the front desk was very efficient when I called and asked for a different pillow. The best part about this hotel is the amazing view of the Columbus metro area.

It was a very nice hotel. It was close to where the three day workshop I was attending was held.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: Its design of the interior, the decor, the over all look of the exterior, the staff in general, all these made me feel sophisticated.

The hotel was as advertised. The price was competitive. The rooms were modern with all necessary conveniences. I would recommend it.

They only had valet parking. But the service was great, the room was lovely, the employees were professional.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I was made to feel at ease.

The location great for what I needed. Check in was quick enough. The bar was nice. I had a problem with the room. The bed and the bedding smelt disgusting. That made my head and ears itch. The bed was lumpy.

It was clean and the service was nice. For the price it was not that great.

I always stay there on business, it is a familiar place.

Downtown Columbus is very beautiful.

This hotel made me feel inspired: It has a nice view of the Arena District.

It is very comfortable but too far from anything to see.

The hotel is well situated on the near north side of Columbus near the arena district. The adjacent convention center is large.

This hotel made me feel hip: I was well treated for a convention experience with the hotel staff going non stop to keep up with the crowd.

The location was central to where I was working and convenient to food and some shopping. The room I was in was nice except for the dry heat. It was hard to breathe at night. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

The hotel had no onsite parking. That was very inconvenient. The hotel was attached to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and made going back and forth from the room much easier.

I always stay there on business.

It was very expensive for the cleanliness of the bathroom. The comforters were nice.

It was the most comfortable bed in a hotel that I have slept. It's very clean.
