Hotel is definately 5 star although we had a hic-cup at reception with a mix up with our booking - very close to railway station and a very busy bridge - trains
all night - very noisy if you like the window open. Air con was not very efficient. Overall a very nice hotel.
Excellent service, very warm and welcoming staff! Room quality however is average with old style half window not floor to ceiling. Riverview room has a nice view of the train bridge and Cathedral but from a far distance, not impressive at all. The...

Excellent
One of the absolute top locations in Cologne and probably along all Rhine towns. Facing the Cathedral and railway bridge and hence 5 minutes walking from centre, and still feeling 'in a space of its own'.
