The Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade is a new luxury hotel within The Arcade, a historical landmark building. The arcade is an upscale shopping & service center located in the heart of the business district. The hotel is complete with 293 rooms including 4 suites. Occupying nine floors in Cleveland's historic shopping and dining Arcade complex and providing convenient access to the downtown business district is the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade. This National Historic Landmark building is poised within a four-block radius of Lake Erie, the Theatre District and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Busses are available for getting around the city for a fee. Hotel Features. Contemporary American and Continental cuisine is featured at 1890 at The Arcade, open Monday-Friday for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The adjacent 1890 Lounge proffers appetizers and light fare from late morning until late evening, and coffee drinks and pastries are presented at 1890 at The Arcade Coffee Bar. For business needs, a 24-hour business center, conference rooms and wireless Internet access are available. A fitness center provides free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes and a stair climber. Guestrooms. The staff was superb. They were friendly and accommodating in anything we asked them for.
The staff was accommodating. The room was inviting and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I didn't feel like I need to worry about anything going wrong.

Shocked that Hyatt room was horrible! Room was prepaid, no cancel avail. horrible mildew, old and hard mattress, hair all over and in bedding. Burns in bedding. No duvet cover, flast sheets used. valet lost car 3x! staff very professiona and...

I liked the atmosphere and the very unique layout. I also liked the room. It was very spacious, clean, and well laid-out. Its near lots of restaurants and nightlife.
They gave us a very nice room and quick room service.

We've stayed here several times and usually been satisfied. This time the hotel was full, the king bed we thought we reserved not available, and a party in the arcade that ran late. Nice place for a party but not so nice for the uninvited guests. ...

You probably won't find a more attractive hotel in DT Cleveland with such historic decor. It's simply beautiful. The staff was friendly and the location ideal. The same, however, cannot be said of some of the town's natives, many of whom seemed...
