The staff was superb. They were friendly and accommodating in anything we asked them for.

This Hyatt hotel is the most beautiful hotel of the chain I have stayed at. The front desk staff is always wonderful. The location is great, within walking distance to my favorites night spots in Cleveland.

The hotel is a beautiful renovation of an historic arcade building in downtown Cleveland. The location is fantastic and many of the rooms have a view of Lake Erie. The room was very large and it was well appointed. All of the staff was friendly and very responsive to our requests. Our stay was extremely enjoyable and it was a fantastic value for the price we paid.
