26 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Our stay at the Hyatt was okay. The room wasn't bad but for the price we were expecting a room that was more upscale then what we did receive. We also took the opportunity to eat at the resturant CHAMPS, this was a huge mistake the service was horrible and it took twenty minutes for someone to wait on us and when we got the bill it was fifty dollars just for a two sandwhich's and beverages for two people. we now know to explore more options when staying in Cincinnati.

This is a nice enough Hyatt, but there are better deals in the area to be had without sacrificing amenities. I found the front desk staff to be rude and slow. Definitely not worth the price.
My wife and I had no reservation but were told we could have the last room available for $139.00 a night. I guess there was a convention going on and the Reds were in town playing the Cardinals. We entered the room to the smell of wet carpet,mold,...
