I liked everything at this hotel and would recommend it.

This hotel is generally pretty nice - it's a great location for the price. It's kind of an older hotel, though - it needs some remodeling. They handled a problem very well - my first room was a smoking room, they facilitated a change to a non-smoking room immediately. The hotel has a very friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. It was convenient to the convention center, the room was comfortable and there were stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The only challenge we experienced was upon parking our car and attempting to access the hotel from the parking lot. It was late, we were traveling with our two children and could not get into any doors from the parking lot as they had been locked. We had to backtrack and go out to the street and walk about three blocks. The hardest part was that our son was scared and very tired. No one at the front desk let us know that these doors would be locked.

This hotel was very close to things. But I thought the price was a little high for the type of room we got. It seemed a little outdated.

I loved the location close to the Cincinnati Reds ballpark. It was easy to get to off the interstate. The hotel was within walking distance of good restaurants. I enjoyed the high-quality service and environment. It's a very good value. I took advantage of the special weekend rate. It was top-notch all the way.

This hotel is right by the convention center and within a few blocks of the closest shopping center, with lots of food. I liked the very nice looking hotel and lobby, as well as the clean rooms. The management was a little rude to our group, primarily because we were a group of teenagers, even though we were not doing anything wrong. But, overall I had an enjoyable experience at the Hyatt Cincinnati.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It had a good ($128) rate. It was close to downtown and the ballparks. I was upgraded to concierge level and that was very nice and helpful.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk woman was very friendly and gave me an upgraded room. She also apologized for elevators being a little slow because of mechanical difficulties, but I only had to wait a couple minutes. The room service person was great, as was the concierge staff.

This is a Hyatt? The furnishings and room could have easily been from the Red Roof. It was nice having Saks off the lobby and the restaurant was nice as well. Overpriced.

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati was okay.

I did not get the room I had requested. The room was an odd shape and hard to move around in. It was not totally clean. The linens were rough and scratchy. The towels were very rough and scratchy and were not changed daily. I was very disappointed and would not stay here again. Also, they way overcharge for parking.

The employees were polite and professional.

I was pleased with the value and the service.

We made a reservation for two rooms for four people and when we arrived, they gave us one room with one bed for all four of us. Management had to interfere since the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it because the hotel was completely booked.

The room wasn't ready by 5 PM, and the staff was not helpful -- they even seemed put out by having to accommodate us.

Rooms too small for the prices asked.

I was attending a convention and it was conveniently located right across the street from the convention center. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
