The check in process was down and there was no back up. The lines were almost out the door. The business center required a credit card to do any internet access. I needed less than five minutes online and it cost me money. I doubt very seriously I will ever stay at this hotel again. I travel many days a month, and none of the hotels I have stayed at for business require a credit card in their business center.

It is a great location. The accounting department charged a card without me knowing it.

We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency hotel. We had a breathtaking view of the city which allowed for tons of natural light. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Other than some rudeness from a waitress in the restaurant, I would rank this as my most enjoyable hotel stay.

This hotel made me feel hip: The hotel extravagant lobby and staff made me feel very important. I also enjoyed the downtown location, I felt right in the middle of all that was happening.

The location is fine. Downtown Cincinnati at night is dull, with no restaurants open after midnight.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt the hotel was comfortable, up to date and the room felt cozy.

It was better than I expected. We held our annual Christmas Party there and everything was wonderful except the food for our catered meal.

The bathroom tile and fixtures seemed old and not well maintained.

It had a very comfortable bed and was a comfortable, quiet stay.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It was a very classy atmosphere.

I liked the location and the parking lot was good.

The outside of the hotel was very nice. The inside of the lobby was beautiful. It was downtown and close to a lot of things, but it was hard to find parking for our oversized truck. The room was older and the value was minimal.

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff did not coordinate in having rooms ready for the influx of baseball fans. We were not notified as promised when our room was finally ready. I was treated shabbily in the restaurant during the breakfast buffet, when notified of these things, the hotel management added points to our frequent user account.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was enjoyable in terms of size and temperature and the bed was wonderful.

This is a nice facility in a good location in downtown Cincinnati.

The hotel was in a good location. However, it is older and a little run down. A conference was being held and check in and check out was horrible.

The staff was very attentive, and the room was fantastic. They gave me a better than expected room.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were many people around watching out for the guests and it was in a busy downtown area.

I liked the hotel's very nice facilities. They were very clean. But it was rather expensive for food and such as a college student. A business person might not see it that way, though.

Our stay was wonderful and comfortable. The only problem was that they did not have all the elevators running and it was a little bit of a pain waiting on it. We all enjoyed the stay there.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: We sat in for a conference for one night and two days. There was always food and water available, the chairs were comfortable and sleeping in the beds was like sleeping on a cloud.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The location was near a shopping center, so that was nice even though I did not have time to use it. The service was good, but check in was a little time consuming.

This hotel made me feel respected: The employees treated everyone with respect and they were kind.

There was nothing to dislike. What there is to like about a hotel I liked -- except for the restaurant service, it was not worth eating there.

The excellent and friendly staff members went out of their way to be of great help. I highly recommend this hotel when in Cincinnati.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I was hungry and it was after service hours, and one of the room service staff went outside the hotel to get me something to eat. I felt really pampered.

The valet guys were my first and last impression. They were more than I had expected. They were very friendly and helpful.
