Hyatt Regency Cincinnati Hotel

From the moment you step out of your car the staff is friendly and ready to help you. We got a room on the top floor with floor to ceiling windows which the kids loved.

The beds are the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in at a hotel. By far. We were able to walk to Fountain Square and browse all the restaurants before choosing. Room service was great. The only drawbacks: the double room could have been bigger but with the view it didn't matter. Having kids it would have been nicer if the pool were larger.

Also, we thought breakfast in the dining room was pricy and it wasn't that great. Great service, lovely hotel. We'll definitely return.

Until this hotel gets renovated, I'll be staying elsewhere on my trips to Cincinnati. It wasn't the service or anything, the room just seemed very old by the standards of other Hyatt locations I have stayed at.

Downtown is a dead zone. Parking was expensive for it being so empty, even with a Bengals game on Sunday it was practically deserted.

It just seems like they're not trying hard here.

The bathroom was a little old, the shower and the tub were small and the curtain attacked you while showering. It would leak on the floor and the floor tile looked damaged.

Everybody was so nice and I would recommend them to anybody. The hotel was very conveniently located to everywhere including shopping.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: They were extremely nice and they went out if the way for you to feel welcome.

Parking was hard to find and the check in line was long.
