I was happy with the hotel and I was able to get a rate of 30$ to park overnight which is very reasonable for Chicago hotel. I was unhappy with wireless internet costing 15$ a night and a fee of 25$ (occupancy fee) that I did not expect. The tv in the room was horrible to watch a football game. Overall I would pay a few extra bucks to stay at another downtown hotel in the future.

Everything about my stay was above all expectations . (My expectations were already high to begin with ) . The staff was more than happy , helpful , and willing to make our stay one to remember .
The Location was more than ideal . Sitting on the river with views of the Lake and also within VERY short walking distances to Michigan Ave , Millennium Park , etc .
**Parking was $48 a night . Which I wasn't aware of when booking but in the end it was the most cost efficient method for parking with unlimited in and out privileges .
The bar 'BIG' was awesome . The food . Drinks . People .
I will definitely be staying at the Hyatt Regency Chicago the next time I visit the City .

Room was across the hall from the ice machine and there wasn't any door by the ice machine so we heard the ice drop the whole night. Also the bathroom didn't have any places to put anything. Shower curtain was too short and water got all over the floor. For being a junior suite there was a lot of empty space and the furniture was dated. People were nice and check in was good but quality of room had went down.

Customer service can make or break a hotel. Many things can be overlooked if the staff is helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. And when the customer service is bad, it makes everything else sour in comparison. My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency C

We drove for a graduation, easy to park if you valet, easy to get to (2 blocks from Lake Shore Dr), then you can walk to anything in downtown. Rooms were comfortable and clean as you would expect from Hyatt. Only negative was mold on shower ceilin

My husband, son and I stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt. The location was great - a short walk to tons of attractions and steps away from 'The Magnificent Mile'. The service was also top notch by every employee at the hotel.
