Excellent
Great hotel. Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, especially the concierge. They were very knowledgable and helpful on how to get to popular locations. Rooms were excellent, as was the view.
While I was a little leery of staying in one of the world's biggest hotels, due to potential service disasters, they were above and beyond what was expected. Our room itself had more than enough space for my girlfriend and I which was a pleasant...
26 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed here from 14-17 June and it was in a great location. We were right at the beginning of the Magnificent Mile and plenty of shopping to do close to the hotel and the Navy Pier is not far away either. The rooms are done in natural tone colors which was nice and there were plenty of pillows on the bed which I loved. I had no problems with check in or check out. The only complaint I had was the bathroom the toilet is very loud when flushing and would wake me up at night from the next door or the floor above. The plaster is falling off in the bathroom as well. Other than that we had a great time and try out the Big bar they have huge drinks that are really good.
Hotel staff was great and room was good.

Hotel staff was great and room was good. Only drawback was the hotel offered us an upgrade for extra $* a night. Upgraded room was not much better than the original room so it wasn't really worth the extra money. Staff was really helpful especially...
