I always receive excellent service at this hotel.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They greet you at the front door rather than at the front desk. They escort you to your room and give you a sense of safety.

This hotel is easy to get to and it was convenient to my meetings. The food was good at the restaurant. My room was comfortable and I felt that for the price and location I received a very good value for my money.

I attended IML with friends at the hotel over Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time at the events throughout the hotel. The staff went out of their way to please all of the guests.

The Hyatt Regency on Wacker in Chicago is the hotel in which I stay whenever I am in the city. I have always received a high level of service and accommodations that I am comfortable with. The hotel is centrally located, providing excellent access to all of the city's amenities. On numerous occasions, I have recommended this hotel to friends and relatives.

The website said a continental breakfast was included with a reservation. I chose this particular hotel on this item. When my family and I were checking into the hotel, we were informed the breakfast was limited to only two people (we had three). This should have been made clear on the website.

Everything was fine except for the memory mattress pads that were on the bed. I did not like them.

I was surprised at the quality of the room, given that we had reserved it through hotwire.com and it was a very good price. The staff was very friendly, and I was allowed an early check in which I thought was great, once again given the price of the room.

This hotel is in a great location, right off Michigan Avenue. The staff was extremely friendly: they answered all questions quickly and knowledgeably. The rooms are spacious enough, with all the modern amenities.

This hotel is in a central location to many areas good for sightseeing.
