I liked the wonderful location and the very nice hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel has the best location in Chicago. They have very good services. It is close by the most important touristy attractions.

They did not have my reservation. It was late at night when I arrived and felt like it took too long for them to find a room for me.

One word would best describe this hotel: Dump! Their service was poor, the room was dirty, the windows on the outside were so dirty one could hardly see out of them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't waste your money on this dump!

The location was relatively close to Michigan Avenue the Magnificent Mile. My room was spacious with large windows. I was able to see the sunrise reflected in the windows of the building across from my room.

It was a great hotel. The parking charge was high. Thirty-six dollar was too much for lower income families.

It was fine. Although I like two of the other downtown Chicago hotels we have stayed in. The atmosphere at the Hyatt was not as classy as the Renaissance, for example.
