The place is old and it needs a make over, especially plumbing.

This is a lovely hotel located near Chicago's famed Magnificent Mile. However, for the price I felt that the room was somewhat small for our family of four and it lacked adequate storage space. The bathroom was not adequately stocked with towels, although there was a spare in the closet. And I found it odd that the housekeeping staff did not leave fresh toiletries each day.

The location is great, the views are great and the hotel is within walking distance of many things to see.

The location is excellent because it is right near the Magnificent Mile. It took a long time to get the car from valet parking. The hotel was well connected to other buildings we needed to go to.

The ice machine kept dropping ice all night making noise and it kept me up all night. I opened the cover and shut it off one night but it was turned back on and not fixed.
