This hotel made me feel extravagent: I liked the plush bedding, top-end bathing products, nice robe.

It was very nice, and we had a very successful conference. I stayed in the same hotel for a similar conference for 7 nights back about 1990.

This hotel made me feel elegant: I liked the fancy delivery to the room of pizza.

This hotel made me feel respected: They called us by name when answering the calls to the hotel desk.

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was wonderful, the food delightful, the location spectacular.

This hotel made me feel hip: It is one of the best places to stay in Chicago, so staying at such a trendy place is very 'hip.'

We arrived late after a long trip and found no snacks available--except for the wildly overpriced items in the room refrigerator.

I was so disappointed with my stay. The check-in lines were horrible. Once we did check in, we were given a handicapped room on a smoking floor even though we had requested a non-smoking room.

Given the packed hotel, everything ran quickly and smoothly. I also remember that the hotel was very clean and fresh smelling.

I enjoyed it immensely; it's a wonderful hotel. The only problem was it was New Year's and they gave us wristbands (little paper things) and said if we lost them they would charge us 25 dollars. We were not told this until New Year's Day.

I had a wonderful stay in Chicago during St. Patrick's day 2004! We loved it!

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were Priceline.com customers, but we were treated just like any other guest. We requested a king-sized bed via email and got a quick response. When we arrived, our king-sized bed was waiting for us! There were no problems, we felt at home.
