This is an absolutely great hotel with very efficient personnel and service. It's highly recommended.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The very nice personnel were very willing to please. Service in its entirety was excellent.

The hotel is in a nice central location, near lots of shopping and attractions. There are good restaurants in the hotel. I liked the good service from the staff. It's a good value for the money.

We prefer to stay at Hyatt for their reputation and their senior discounts at age 62.

The bed was the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. But the shower did not have enough water pressure. The great housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate and were quite unobtrusive.

The bedding's bottom sheet was not large enough to cover the mattress, and I ended up sleeping mostly on the uncovered mattress. I complained and nothing was done.

The quality of the room was poor, and the TV and lights did not work.

The suites are not really suites. Rather, they are large studios with connecting rooms. I was not impressed. The refrigerators that are not for storing food items with ridiculous charges for opening them was also not impressive

There was no pool for us unless we bought a pass to the one down the street, albeit we would have a discount.

Typically, Hyatt Regency is my hotel of choice.

The decor was not nice, and the hotel was a maze to negotiate. Also, all the restaurants were sub par. The food was overpriced and not good, and they were often sold out of things I wanted, like chocolate cake.
