It was very nice. It had a good view and excellent service and amenities.

It's a very beautiful resort. We had a water view room that was beautiful and clean, overlooking an outdoor fireplace that was lit each night. It was just delightful. We stayed there for the Waterfowl Festival in Easton, Maryland; the location was perfect and the view of the Choptank River just wonderful. It was quite expensive, but I reserved over the internet and got quite a good price. There is a beautiful golf course, we don't play golf but the grounds were lovely. You need to want to take advantage of the amenities as there isn't much to do in Cambridge, Maryland.

This hotel made me feel excited: I loved the decor. When you walk into the lobby, there are two story windows overlooking the Choptank River. There were two large sculptures of herons welcoming you to the first floor Michener Library and a large flying bald headed eagle at the front door.

The hotel has nice grounds and rooms, but there were kids everywhere. I wanted to take a swim, but there were tons of kids in the indoor pool. I thought that with the prices Hyatt charged, there wouldn't be any kids! I'm glad I wasn't there in the summer, I traveled here in the beginning of October. I didn't even attempt to eat at any of the restaurants because they were too expensive. If you want a cheap breakfast, head to the Cambridge Diner. I'll stick with the B&Bs!

This is a nice place to take a break. The facility is good and the restaurants are excellent. But it was not as complete from a resort perspective as expected. The concierge level services were not up to par. I wrote to the manager but did not receive the courtesy of a response.

The many different dining facilities offered a great selection of menus, especially the seafood restaurant. Many other activities to make one's stay there a pleasant experience.
