the location is great.but you have to pay extra for river view.you have to pay for parking.but you can find parking on the street.be careful with the restaurant.not all ingredients are listed in the menu

while the hotel room was very nice EVERYTHING costs you, including the parking that was supposed to be free. When our truck was too tall for the garage (which was 35.00) we were left using valet parking (40.00) at checkout we were charged 3x's for parking we only used ONE night. Staff was not overly friendly and literally EVERYTHING had a very overinflated charge.

Previous reviews may have reflected construction. My wife, 2 kids (3 years and 8 months) and I found the staff very friendly. Even the cleaning staff always said hello and double checked when we said we didn't want our room cleaned (Kids!)...

Okay
I stayed at the Hyatt Cambridge for 4 nights during a business trip and it was not a good experience. I usually love Hyatt's, but this one is in need of remodeling. The air conditioning never worked, the service was poor and the location is awful....
