Okay
female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

while the hotel room was very nice EVERYTHING costs you, including the parking that was supposed to be free. When our truck was too tall for the garage (which was 35.00) we were left using valet parking (40.00) at checkout we were charged 3x's for parking we only used ONE night. Staff was not overly friendly and literally EVERYTHING had a very overinflated charge.

Excellent

We had a wonderful, comfortable room with a river view. Very comfortable bed and nice room layout, like a mini-suite. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The nearest T (BU Central) station was a ten minute walk, which is no big deal. Took the...

Good

Previous reviews may have reflected construction. My wife, 2 kids (3 years and 8 months) and I found the staff very friendly. Even the cleaning staff always said hello and double checked when we said we didn't want our room cleaned (Kids!)...

Okay

I stayed at the Hyatt Cambridge for 4 nights during a business trip and it was not a good experience. I usually love Hyatt's, but this one is in need of remodeling. The air conditioning never worked, the service was poor and the location is awful....

Bar food.It is also housing Boston – Posted Dec 07, 2008

Mediocre

Bar food.It is also housing Boston University students who esentially give the hotel a dorm-like flavor.“Hotel is out of the way, no near the Boston T/Metro station. The decor is out-dated. The walls of rooms let in noise from the hallways,...
