The hotel was very comfortable and the bed was fabulous. The staff was more than courteous and efficient. It was a very pleasant experience.

This hotel was very close to our daughter's college so we were able to walk to several locations.

I did not realize so many rooms would be occupied by Boston University students. It was a bit loud and congested, particularly in the bar and restaurant. Our door also stuck and twice the room was left open after maid service. The view was stunning.

I like the hotel a lot. It has a nice location overlooking the Charles. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also convenient and close to BU. The room service is very good and the cleaning is as well.

I go there for a conference and the elevator wait is always a terrible inconvenience!
