The view was better than expected. The complimentary breakfast was far better than expected. Parking was convenient, but expensive.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The doorman was very friendly. The maid on our floor was accommodating when we needed anything.

Great place to stay when you are visting Boston and/or Harvard. Close to the beautiful campus of Harvard. Also had a very nice bar in the hotel, so you didn't have to go out to get a nice cocktail.

It was just a very wonderful experience overall, very relaxing.

The location was great, right by MIT and Boston, it was right across the bridge, overlooking the lake, which was beautiful. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our first night was overbooked and the Hyatt hotel made sure we had a place to sleep that was just as pleasant as the Hyatt hotel. We ended up staying at a posh hotel that we probably could not have afforded otherwise and the Hyatt hotel covered the taxi fees. So the staff was definitely helpful and they assisted with directions and ideas for tourist sites when we requested. My biggest complaint was the food at the hotel restaurant. We ate there for breakfast and purchased very pricey breakfast and when we got the food, which was nicely decorated and all there just was not enough of it! We were still starving after we paid forty dollars for breakfast and we ended up looking for a Denny's restaurant. It was disappointing.

I liked the closeness to the subway station. The manager gave us a room upgrade due to the inconvenience of the first day. The buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant was excellent. The Starbucks in the lobby was convenient. I disliked the fact that I had reserved a room with two double beds and was given a room with a king size and a pull out couch, then had to move the next day to a room with two queen size beds.

The hotel was very comfortable and reasonably priced while still maintaining decorum. My father and I, however, went together and were put in a queen-sized bed, which we had not requested. The front desk staff gave an excellent restaurant recommendation and I suggest asking for other recommendations if you have questions.

This hotel made me feel important: The Hyatt staff treated my father and I in a respectful manner giving us restaurant recommendations, etc. They also checked our bags for us after we had checked out so that we could continue to sightsee until our flight took off.

Too many students were partying at the hotel. It was very loud.

The location worked out well. It was a quick walk to the city. The hotel service was nice. There were no problems.

The location was fine and easy to get to. The restaurant was very pricey for the mediocre food served. The beds were not that comfortable. The bathroom was old, dirty looking, with yellowed glass on the shower stall. There was poor quality lighting in the bathroom and no large mirror. The coffee maker had a very poor quality of coffee that tasted like brown hot water. The room did not feel fresh and crisp when you entered. It felt old and tired. I could not wait to leave. I was there for a conference held at the hotel. The continental breakfast served was fine. The room got very hot and stuffy by mid day and no one seemed to be able to help. The food at lunch was horrible, with dry tasteless chicken, some type of pasta salad and wonderful mashed potatoes. But the price was too much for mashed potatoes. The table service for beverage was horrible.

It was fine - a typical hotel stay.

This hotel is in a gorgeous location, but has surly staff.
