The restaurant was excellent; it had great service and food. The room was comfortable. The only negative was that parking was across the street for a fee. The hotel did not have onsite parking.

The hotel is very clean, reliable, and safe. Hyatt hotels are always this at a minimum. Our check in was delayed. We enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again if it was still a Hyatt.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I did not have to worry about anything. The only complication was a delay in checking in.

They overbooked reservations and there was not enough staff to clean rooms; they had customers waiting up to 9 hours -- nine whole hours. I myself waited 5 hours. It was a self-explanatory disappointment. Otherwise, the stay was good.

This is the first time I have ever stayed there and all were very professional and courteous and very helpful.

I attended a wedding in Buffalo and had to choose a hotel. The Hyatt Regency had a lower rate than the local Best Western or Holiday Inn. This surprised me because my perception was that the Hyatt was a more prestigious hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room had a comfortable king-sized bed and had both an arm and a desk chair, so I could be comfortable no matter what the activity. The room did not come with a bathrobe, but the housekeeping staff brought one immediately upon request.

By far the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. It really diminished a respected name in the hotel industry.

The room was clean. It was about what I expected. A small fridge or a fridge/microwave combo would have been really nice, though.
