The tub did not drain and the hair dryer did not work in the bathroom. The lamp at the desk in the room did not function.

The hotel was very comfortable and neat. The first impression was that it was a very upscale hotel, with a reasonable price.

The location was centrally located and the staff was very friendly. The fitness center was very small and it had minimal equipment.

This place is a joke. Their staff is rude and not helpful. After expressing my dissatisfaction with the hotel, a housekeeping employee called the police, and told them that I threatened to kill him. What a nightmare. This employee's lie almost got me arrested.

The hotel was dirty and disgusting. Their roll-away beds were from 1940's, it was disgusting. I was so scared to use one that I slept on the dirty floor. Housekeeping did a horrible job cleaning the room. I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy. Stay away from this place, unless you want a horrible experience.

The location is horrid, it is not safe to go out at night and there is nothing to do close by if you are not interested in sports. The room was filthy, with the dirty floor and the spotty mirror. The second room was not much better. It was certainly not up to what I expected and got at other Hyatt Regency hotels.

They had good service and clean rooms.

It was a nice hotel. The only problem we ran into was the parking. They do not have a parking lot or garage, so the only way to park is to park on the street, or pay to park in someone else's lot or garage.

I think the hotel and all the employees I encountered did a great job helping to make my business trip a comfortable one.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The decor was splendid, the room service was great. The room itself was very clean, well furnished and it had all the accoutrements one could need.

I asked for a room away from the elevator and the room I got was separated from the elevator only by the ice-machine room. The TV did not swivel so I could not watch it from bed.

My stay was alright.

We stayed at this hotel last July, the room was spacious, airy and clean, as you'd expect for a Hyatt, but not really as nice as you'd expect in a Hyatt. It was right smack in the middle of downtown, parking a problem as with most downtown hotels. Staff were OK but not overly helpful. Overall a little disappointed expected slightly higher service.

I had a great stay. The hotel has great facilities.

I liked the location, friendliness, and ambience.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The electric outlets were inaccessible and the wet towels were rehung, not replaced.

This hotel is in a perfect location for my local travels. It had great rooms and staff. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

I would like to see free Wi-Fi and Internet access for hotel guests.

This Hyatt was as comfortable and as efficient as expected. I hold the Hyatt line to a higher level of providing a comfortable hotel experience than many others. The streets of Buffalo are being repaired in many areas so getting to the Hyatt was not a particularly good driving experience.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: It is very expensive.
