This property is built around four terraced atria, while the third-floor lobby features marble floors accented with area rugs and greenery. Avenue One restaurant serves contemporary American cuisine within an informal setting. Menu highlights include Alaskan Red King Salmon. The Lobby Lounge prepares martinis and serves wines, beers and spirits. Live bands occasionally perform in the lounge. The business center houses five computer stations and is staffed during business hours.
