Hyatt Regency Boston Hotel

Hyatt Regency Boston was a perfect location for our family vacation. We went to Boston to visit the historical sites and the hotel was walking distance from almost ever site we were trying to reach. Also, there were many theatre's and restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it was a wonderful trip with all the convenience and comfort we could ask for. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. And we were able to bring our dog, which was a major plus!

Overall, it was a good experience. It was a good value, it had a good location and very nice rooms.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were completely ready when we arrived and we were set up very comfortably.

We asked for a quiet room and we did get one. The bed was luxurious and extremely comfortable. The location was also perfect for what we wanted to do. The bar was excellent and the Sunday morning buffet was really tasty.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The room and its furnishings were very luxurious. The bed had a topper that you just sank in and the bedding was beautiful.

Our room was not available upon our check in. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect for the Marathon and visiting all the tour sites. The staff was typical of a Hyatt hotel, pleasant and friendly. The only problem was that no newspaper was available to purchase on Sunday evening.

This hotel made me feel welcome: There was a lot of staff to open doors or valets to get you the rental car.
