Hyatt Regency Baltimore Hotel - Page 2

Family of four stayed over Memorial weekend 5/2007 for the College Lacrosse tournament. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. Hotel was so understaffed!!! It took 10 min. to get a drink at the bar and the bartender complained that she was doing the best she could - bar had 7 people at it. Bar closed at 11 p.m. and the bartender went on break (no replacement) at 10:30p.m. Ate at the Bistro - only five other tables full and they only had 2 menus for the 4 of us. It took another 10 min. for someone to take our drink order. In the morning they ran out of muffins, etc. at the stand located in the lobby. I was only able to take the elevator 2x all weekend because they NEVER came. At the pool, they ran out of towels both days and I waited two hours for towels for our room. The maid woke us at 9 a.m. to clean our rooms and when we said we were sleeping she went and knocked at the next door. Horrible weekend! How could the Hyatt not be prepared for everyone? Imagine the money they could have made and the people who would come back!!! Everyone moves at the slowest pace possible and no one wants to work.

The hotel was very nice and clean the staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was located across the street from the inner harbor and a short walk from Camden Yards!

It's a good location in Inner Harbor. It's excellent for working late at night. It had a fine bed.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I liked the room furnishings, desk, and bed.

The hotel had a convenient location to the convention center. The room had some issues when I arrived, but they were taken care of promptly. The housekeeping staff was a little slow. The room was not cleaned until after five o'clock in the evening. I liked the great view and the staff.

The room was in a noisy location. The housekeeping staff did not bring new toiletries every day. The location was good.

I loved everything but they could have had more to offer in the breakfast buffet.

The room quality exceeded my expectations. The gym was nice and fun to use. They charged you for every little thing and the bar and restaurant were grossly overpriced even for a hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights last year while attending a conference. I was very impressed by the level of customer service. It was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was good. The food served at the conference was also good. It was convenient and within walking distance to the inner harbor area that has numerous stores and restaurants, etc.

This was the second time I have stayed there. It is a very nice hotel and the location is wonderful because it is within walking distance from the inner harbor and the mall and restaurants. I love Baltimore and that hotel!

The location was good. I was comfortable. Although I did not use the pool my family did and they were pleased.

Construction was annoying. The room wasn't as nice as expected for the price.

This hotel made me feel content: I needed a rest away from the hectic pace of everyday life. I decided to stay at the Hyatt Regency hotel for this rest. Everyone was polite and provided me with this opportunity for a peaceful rest and catered to my needs and therefore I felt content.

The concierge was not at all helpful when checking out.
