They should make hand/body lotion a part of the amenities in the room.

I was initially disappointed as I had booked two rooms: one for us and one for a couple traveling with us. My friends' room was on the 16th floor and mine was low, on the 6th floor or so. I was mad as I assumed that their room was better.

They did not deliver my breakfast prior to my meetings, but gave me a free breakfast the next day and left a fruit plate in my room that day. It helped make up for the inconvenience of not having breakfast.

I had a very trouble-free stay. The staff was quick, friendly, and efficient. Check-in only took about a minute and a half; that was nice after a long day of travel!
