51 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

They have limited dining hours. The meeting rooms were extremely cold. They had good parking and a good location, easy to get to.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Austin.
I might recommend it to friends.

38 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

It was a very comfortable stay. The lobby needs to be finished remodeling, but the rooms were completely updated and had great beds. Our hairdryer broke and they promptly brought up a new one and towels too.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Austin.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

27 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The location was great, and the view was amazing. If you're willing to pay a bit more, ask for a higher floor with a view. The TV was a huge plus and a wonderful surprise.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Staying there was amazing. Walking into the room and seeing the beautiful decor was great.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Austin.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

26 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Both queen beds in the room were lumpy. One light kept on turning off and on. The bathroom was not clean. When I tried to call the front desk, nobody answered.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the architecture on the inside of the hotel. I liked the decor in the room.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Austin.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was absolutely horrible. I encountered the worst attitudes of staff, they could not care less. The hotel was dirty and poorly up kept. They served horrible food!

I am not likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Austin.

36 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I was pleasantly surprised at the can-do attitude of the entire staff. It was within walking distance of the convention center and the cabs were readily available too. The price seems higher than average until you look at the value you receive.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They catered to our needs in finding lost material and helping us get cabs as needed. Also the hot tub and work out room were excellent.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Austin.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

35 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel was a little far from downtown but it had a good bar and restaurant in it with a few good places to eat nearby. The staff was very accommodating to the wedding party of the wedding I attended and their guests. It was a little expensive for what they offered.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous and the hotel room was kept sufficiently stocked with needed supplies and amenities.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Since it is located in central Austin, there was music surrounding the hotel location.

Renovations are currently taking place at this hotel running through the middle of the year. It is best to avoid the floors where construction is taking place as loud noises travel easily in this open atrium hotel. The staff was friendly throughout, though.

The location is good but the streets to get there were terrible, with reconstruction being made all the time. The restaurants close by were very good. This hotel is within walking distance to parks and the convention center.

61 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The hotel had very scenic views and the staff was quite accommodating. But it was a bit of a walk to the convention center.

This hotel made me feel respected: The management and staff showed courtesy and respect to guests as well as to each other. I inferred that they value their guests.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Austin.
