Hyatt Regency Austin Hotel

It was a nice hotel, but I didn't think that it was worth the money. The room was extremely small. I have stayed at a Best Western and had a bigger room and much nicer furniture and beds. The sheets didn't fit the mattress, and we were up all night, trying to put the sheets back on the bed. They kept bunching up. We had really looked forward to this trip and we were extremely disappointed in the hotel. We have always gone to this hotel when we spent the day in Austin, for drinks and relaxation, and we had always wanted to stay here. This trip, we decided to pay the price and stay. I just can't begin to explain the disappointment. I will take a small chain anyday over this hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location and good service.

We were well satisfied with our stay. We will stay again if and when we need one. They were outstanding and need to be commended.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was very relaxing. The employees were very helpful and informed.

I encountered no problems.
