This hotel could really use updating. There was nothing terrible about it (except the lobby restaraunt). It was just a bit old and tired.

It was convenient to our convention.

It is a great hotel. I will stay there again.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I had a nice room. The friendly employees made my stay enjoyable.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The elevators were a little slow to get at times, though. The rooms were nice.

I appreciated the good room and the courteous staff.

The location is fairly nice, Hard Rock Cafe is just down the block. The hotel rooms were nice, but a bit small for the price.

This hotel made me feel practical: The setup was distinct enough that at first glance you felt like this was a premium hotel.

The room was extremely humid, and the air conditioner didn't seem to help it at all, so the hallway actually felt better than the room. The location was very convenient for our tourist activities, though.

This place is beyond excellent! We received a lot of pampering.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The entire staff was always right there for you wherever you were.

I appreciated this excellent hotel and service, as expected from Hyatt. My only complaint is that smoking policies were not strictly enforced and smoke repeatedly wafting into your non-smoking room from neighbors (who also had non-smoking rooms) is very not pleasant.

I attended the hotel as a convention participant and was satisfied with the service. I remembered asking for something missing from the room and it was immediately delivered.

This hotel has a very noisy lobby.

This is a good hotel. I had a pleasant stay, even though it was a bit noisy at night.

I was really upset that it did not have a pool - that's the best part about a hotel. Everything else was fine. For other tourists, I would suggest that they do not choose this hotel if they are on a tight budget because I don't think it was worth all that money.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the restaurant okay.

This hotel is absolutely perfect.

I stayed in the hotel for a convention which they have hosted for several years. The main elevators are not adequate for the large crowds attending, causing waits of half hour or longer to catch an elevator to your room.

This was the most incredible hotel experience. The staff was knowledgeable and very attentive. We received complimentary champagne, strawberries and a card to help us celebrate our anniversary. We also enjoyed the car service to and from our restaurant.

This hotel is a fine place to stay.

Everybody there just seemed to worry about making money, not us who are spending it.

There were not enough elevators to handle big conventions.
