Everything was satisfactory.

The entire hotel staff made sure that my group was more than welcome and was very eager to assist us with whatever we needed. They were especially useful when we needed help calling taxis to travel around the city and gave us directions.

This hotel made me feel important: The hotel was very nice looking and well furnished. I was happy to be able to stay at such a nice hotel while I was on vacation. It is also a well known hotel.

The internet connection did not work and it took them three days to fix it. I was never notified that my lost luggage from the airline had been delivered to the hotel. It caused me a sleepless night and much stress that could have been avoided if they had sent the luggage to my room when it came to the hotel.

The hotel had a good location for the convention.

It was very comfortable and amenable.

I liked the location. The room lighting was out upon arrival in one of our rooms and the staff corrected it promptly. I strongly recommend the valet parking, the garage is not attached to the hotel and is a pretty good walk with babies, strollers, etc.

This hotel made me feel secure: Security was evident throughout the facility but was not overpowering. I was not worried about my grandchildren going by themselves to the dining room and entertainment room.

I found the employees very friendly and accommodating and when you are from out of town those are welcome attributes.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When we arrived by shuttle we were warmly greeted by the doorman. When we wanted to find a nearby restaurant the concierge was very helpful.

The hotel was in a well located area and it had many restaurants and stores nearby. It was convenient to the MARTA system. The facilities were good. There are too few working elevators in the hotel, however. During my stay, there was always slow service and always one elevator out of service. In a twenty one story hotel, all elevators should be working efficiently.

I liked the atmosphere. I disliked the wait for the beautiful elevators.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The lighted glass elevators in the middle of the building overlooking the lobby are very beautiful.

I liked the location, the convenience and the access to meetings.

They have a great staff. At the friendly check in service the clerk went up and beyond the call of duty. They have great housekeeping and I had anything I needed. I give it two thumbs up!

This hotel made me feel important: The entire staff went out of their way to help me with any needs I had.

I went there for DragonCon, and it was convenient to it.

My only advice is to be aware that the hotel has three different towers and there is a vast difference depending on which your room is a part of. The rooms in the main tower are very nice, spacious with balconies. I stayed in the international tower which was probably about typical for hotels of this type. In the third tower they have really small bathrooms and rooms. I had barely enough room to walk around the bed, minimal work space and the televisions were suspended from the ceiling. The rooms in that tower should not be priced at the same rate as rooms in the other areas of the hotel.

I enjoyed the very comfortable beds.

It was a very nice hotel. I had a problem with a room reservation at a convention. The staff fixed it the next morning when a double room vacancy appeared. They were very nice about it.

Their fitness gym has state of the art equipment. Fruit and water are free for the guests. The staff asks often about your needs. The twenty-four hour deli service is a plus.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff asked often if I needed any help with my business project needs. The staff would hold the elevator for my business associates to ride together on. They told us where the best restaurants to eat were located.

The room was nice. The decor was appealing. The bathroom was a bit run down and there was mildew in the grout. The toilet did not flush efficiently. The tub was a bit shallow. The food was good but the service was slow.

The room was not ready when we arrived and it still was not ready when we came back an hour later as instructed. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, otherwise.

The Hyatt Regency Atlanta was a beautiful place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. The only downfall would have to be the prices of the food at the hotel restaurants, bar, and room service. I have never, in my entire life, paid fourteen dollars for two eggs and bacon or over seven-teen dollars for a breakfast buffet.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It is nice to not have to worry about cleaning while I am staying there.
