It was a very nice conference hotel.

The hotel has a good location, great service and room service. It was my tenth stay and I will stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast offerings were delicious, varied, and punctually served. The internet service was slow.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were extra locks on the doors. There were warnings about the surrounding area and safekeeping of valuables on the in-house television. There were clear directions to emergency exits.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and the service was excellent.

The rooms were beautiful. The staff was very professional. The location was great.

I liked the hotel. There was not enough lighting in the room. There was no trash can in the bathroom. I am a Hyatt Regency Passport member and I did not receive the paper I listed in my profile. There was video check out, which was a bit time consuming. The bed was very comfortable. One of the wake up calls requested did not happen. The business center computer was in high demand.

I was treated like royalty. They accommodated most of my wishes. Although there were some they were unable to do.

I enjoyed my stay and have told friends.

The room key machine did not work and I check in and I was unable to get a key until the next day. The food served by the hotel had too much salt. The wine at the bar was overpriced and not very good.

I would tell others that it is very expensive for bad service and rooms that have leaky bathrooms. I would tell them that they would have a better stay at a cheap hotel that serves a continental breakfast. I will never stay at any hotel associated with Hyatt again.

This hotel offered decent rooms with limited free amenities and benefits. It was conveniently located near the conference center. The closest shopping, restaurants, or nightlife district is about two to three miles away.

The location was ok. Parking was a real pain. The conference room accommodation was less than required or expected.

It was a relatively expensive hotel but you had to pay for extras like internet access and an in-room refrigerator. There is not much around the hotel, at least not for families.

Reservations were made early but upon arrival, I was told that no room was available. I had to wait until there was an opening. The room assigned was inferior - it was a 'smoking' room. The clerk was annoyed. The second time I complained, another clerk listened, reassigned us and gave us a discount. The room was not the quality that we expected for the price.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a delightful stay. I liked the hotel lobby because it featured an art gallery and a Starbucks. The location was convenient as it was close to the courthouse that I needed to be at.

The room had not been cleaned properly.
