Wide and clean room.“Self check-in machine was great and interesting. Only wish they put a sign for the direction to the room. Unmanned check-in, but, we need an assistant in the end. Otherwise, it was just great and we enjoyed a lot...

It definitely didn't leave a lasting impression with me unless you can't the negatives. We expected a little better based on the looks of the place but we were disappointed.

They Hyatt Place uses the name Hyatt well and provides for a good lobby and a comfortable room. However some of the other services are lacking at this location.

the room was in very poor condition, and smelled of mildew. the shower leaked and the tub didn't drain. the staff was awful! they were using their cell phones behind the desk and at one point a staff member was sitting and eating at the bar. they were not very friendly nor were they helpful. i was very dissapointed with my stay.
