Hyatt Place Tucson Airport

the room was in very poor condition, and smelled of mildew. the shower leaked and the tub didn't drain. the staff was awful! they were using their cell phones behind the desk and at one point a staff member was sitting and eating at the bar. they were not very friendly nor were they helpful. i was very dissapointed with my stay.

The room was exceptionally furnished and outfitted. I have stayed in hotels significantly more expensive than this one that have had lesser rooms. The hotel staff was courteous pleasant.

The hotel was under construction during my stay, which was not disclosed when I made the reservation. The rooms had been remodeled and they were excellent, however, most of the new items in the room like towels, ice buckets, glasses, were so new they had not been washed yet. And the pipes were still sputtering, so no one had bothered to run water through them yet.

It was just a place to stay.
