Arrived late after 3 hours of driving , they have sold my room , and then told me sorry there was no room for you , eventouth the room was reverved 3 weeks in advance , they told me there was aflood in the hotel , when i called next day to ask how is the flood , the lady answered ,what flood?

We stayed in a nice cool room on a hot Fourth of July.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Place Richmond Arboretum.
I might recommend it to friends.
