I liked the very nice staff in the hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They greeted us all the time.

It was a very nice hotel for the price. It included all the amenities I would expect.

It had a great location for us. It was close to friends in Carrollton and Plano. The room was available for a good price. It's a nice hotel, clean, and quiet. I would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerks were attentive and pleasant. They made me feel like I was their top priority as I was checking in. They always smiled and said hello, good morning, etc. as we came and went to our room.

It is a very clean and nice place to stay and it was close to where I was going.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the nice lounge area and the relaxing room. The staff was helpful for our needs and the breakfast served was very good.

This was our worst vacation hotel ever. There were construction workers running around the hotel during business hours with profanities on their shirts while our children were around. There was a five minute wait for an elevator. There were cars broken into in parking lot. The pool was out of service. The management was unresponsive to our issues.

I will never stay at another Amerisuites again. It was an absolute joke.

We booked for a week long baseball tournament and had to cancel our booking after only four days in this hotel due to the various issues that arose. We finally found a hotel in Allen Texas called Holiday Inn Express. The manager of Holiday Inn Express went out of her way to get my team transferred to her location and was very helpful during our stay. My advice: pick you hotel carefully and don't stay at Amerisuites.

I stay there three to four times a year for doctor's visits, and the hotel's location is prefect. Service is always great.

Our room was not cleaned one day and the desk staff was not helpful when we returned to the room. Despite having prepaid, the desk checked us out on one of the five days we had reserved. That was the day we had no cleaning service.

AmeriSuites was clean but didn't offer free Internet as many hotel chains do now.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: AmeriSuites makes it easy to use its office space, including the computer and printer. That is really special. The room was well lighted and the bed was especially comfortable. There was one day our room was not cleaned, which was disconcerting.

It was a great suite at a great price. The under $50 per night that I paid was my half of a two bedroom suite I shared with a colleague.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were security locks on all the outside doors except the one near the front desk. Card access was required.
