Outrageously priced for the services they offer followed by unexperienced staff. I would not stay there again even if someone else paid for it.

The place was under construction when we got there. The staff

was confused and disorganized. Our room reeked of paint and there

were very few services available that were advertised on the website.

What a rip off. Its very expensive and the value is equivalent to the worst hotel

I have ever stayed in. Everything in the lobby was filthy dirty an the breakfast

room is disgusting. Our vacation was ruined.

I had numerous problems with the hotel. I am never planning on going back there.

I had the A/C on full blast in the room and the air was warm.

The refrigerator in the room was also on full blast and the milk was barely cold.

The fitness room has two bikes and a tread mill.

The free wireless internet takes over 2 hours to get a 1 MB connection which lasts for 2 minutes before disconnecting. Over the course of three days I was able to successfully connect to the internet once, so if your job requires internet access go somewhere else.

If you complain though, they will give you a night for free.

I really liked the fact that the room was so pleasant.

They always greeted us with a friendly hello. The staff was courteous and helpful, as well as informative.

Everything was fine and above standards.
