The location is ideal, not far from downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they gave good information on hot spots and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable! We had a room by the pool and we were amazed that we could barely hear people enjoying it and there were even kids out there!
It was like a home away from home. The suite was very comfortable with great amenities. The breakfast was superb with lots of choices.
I am very likely
to return to the Hyatt Place/Overland Park/ Convention Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was very convenient, comfortable, and the service was better than most hotels. The staff was exceptionally helpful. My only real complaint concerned the taste and consistency of the eggs on the morning breakfast buffet.
