Nice family friendly hotel. We had booked this hotel for ourselves & our 3 children during spring break. I was upset the first night we arrived when they had no room for us. They had 3 or 4 big groups of students on springbreak trips & had ran out of room. They put us up next door at the for free the first night.[...]Anyways, the rest of our stay at Amerisuites was very good-the room was nice & the free breakfast was the best we've ever had. They even gave me an additional discount when we checked out for the first night. We plan to go back in Oct 06 and stay here again.

The hotel seemed small and private so it felt personal in a special guests way, a good way. I appreciated the very patient and helpful staff. It was an odd location, kind of isolated from other hotels and sites. The continental breakfast was not all that great and it was served really early. They can expand on dining options.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were patient and kind and understanding when my group had a confrontation with another group. They give guests privacy and a homely feeling.

The breakfast could have been better and the freezer in my refrigerator was poorly operated. There could have been sponges and soap to wash the dishes in the suite. This location was kind of isolated but it still worked out.

I highly recommend this hotel to friends and family that I like and care about. I don't want to see the quality go down with new ownership. I really felt like an appreciated guest at this hotel. I like the coffee and creamers always being available. This hotel has my loyalty, if it stays the same value for money.

This hotel made me feel practical: I thought the shuttle service to Universal was good. The writing area in the room with the chair height was useful. The refrigerator, bar sink and microwave were very, very much appreciated. I liked the television being in a cabinet instead of being in the open. It's a much cleaner environment in which to operate.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel and would recommend it to everyone! It's very beautiful too! The breakfast it fantastic!
